91´ÎÔª proudly announces its Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) status from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This milestone marks a significant extension of 91´ÎÔª's safety capabilities and enables the issuance of the proprietary 91´ÎÔª trademark for the first time in history.
With this new status, 91´ÎÔª is better positioned to expand its reach across the strategic growth areas of connected technologies, life sciences and medical devices. NRTL status gives 91´ÎÔª the license to operate in the segments of medical equipment under ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1, audio/video, information and communication technology equipment under UL 62368-1, and electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use under UL 61010.
The company intends to maintain its long-standing relationships with other conformity assessment organizations and will collaborate with them as it charts a new direction for the business.
